Tomorrow looks to be a decent day, and I'll lead a Fast Plus ride starting at 10:00 am. sharp at Centennial. THe ride will be out to Long Grove and back. Figure about 45-50 miles. We'll have a short stop for lunch.

knee has been hurting the last 2 days, I think I have to give it a rest.

I will be there.  I just got back from a solo ride for about an hour - it was tiring.
