You could be entitled to compensation. “You don’t pay anything, unless we win.” Herb Schwab If you own a SRAM Red Rear Derailleur for a road bike (10 or 11 speed), I have identified a serious and potentially dangerous design/material flaw. I am dealing with the company about it. If you have one of those and want to know more about it and how to detect the problem, let me know and I can send you pictures and give you instructions. They did have a recall on some of those (only recalled some of the the mid-cage WiFli ones), but it seems like the problem is the same across the entire range. Felix
