IF YOU ARE:
  1. An EBC member who has never taken a class with Vision Quest
  2. An EBC member that has trained with Vision Quest in the past and wants more with Vision Quest
  3. An EBC member who trains in the summer to enjoy the great outdoors

Here is what you can expect: 
  • Structured workouts based off of your level of fitness
  • Average improvement over an 8 week session of 13%
  • A detailed workout report emailed to you after class
  • A community that will inspire you! 
EBC Phase Details and Sign Up
EBC Transition Phase Dates: Saturday, November 3rd - December 22nd
Cost: Normally $165, just for EBC, your 8 week session will cost $135
Location: VQ Highland Park - 1923 Skokie Valley Road | Highland Park, IL
EBC Class Times: Saturdays at 12:00pm
Free Water Bottle!
For the first 20 participants that sign up!
What you need for class:
  • Your bike (road or tri bike)
  • A rounded skewer for your rear wheel 
  • Cycling or athletic clothing
  • Cycling shoes
  • Two water bottles
  • A great attitude!
