As an alternative to the usual Easter brunch, we are planning to ride to Grande Jake's Fresh Mexican Grill, 5500 New Wilke Rd, Rolling Meadows. Since the restaurant doesn't open until noon, this ride will leave from Panera at 10:00 am. This will be a fast paced ride with a total distance of about 40 miles. It should be a very pleasant day for riding this Sunday, according to the forecast.
