A friend of mine lunches at Panera on Saturdays. She reported to me that last Saturday 2 of her lunch mates had their wallets stolen out of their purses! Management and the Police were notified. Panera is in the early stages of renovation, crowding tables into the room near Greenleaf St. causing increased closeness of people. Even thought we don't carry purses when we gather at Panera, we do have some sort of pouches with valuables. Just be mindful and careful.
