I'll lead a 49 mile Fast Plus ride on Tuesday starting in Long Grove at 0:30 am. SHARP.. We'll ride south to the Paul Douglas forest preserve trial, through Barrington Hills, and returning on Miller Rd. There'll be a short lunch break at a mini mart at mile 34. They have pre-made sandwiches, etc. there if your so inclined
