Let me know if you would like to ride a fast plus mellow ride (low end of fast plus, 17-18 mph) on Thursday morning.
- We will meet at Centennial in Wilmette at 7:30 am to try to beat the heat.
- Head to Hometown in Lake Forest
- 36 to 40 mile depending on route we take

Friday Fast from Wilmette Panera to Bluffington's Cafe will depart at 8:00 AM due to the high temperatures.
