The easiest wayfinding is to enter Aeromet Industries, Griffith, IN as your destination in your GPS device. (The trailhead is across the street from Aeromet).

This is active rail road country so all times in this posting are predicated on no train encountersI! Trains can take 15-20 minutes to pass by.
I expect to arrive at the market around 11;15-11:30.. We'll peruse the market, have a bite to eat from a vendor, and depart around 1:30 PM, for the return trip to the trailhead parking lot. Probably arrive back at trail head lot around 3:30 pm;. Yes this will be a long day, but we will have ridden on two or three new trails: The Erie-Lakawanna, the Oak Savannah, and the Prairie Duneland trails. All paved, well maintained, scenic and mostly flat! Please remember to carry extra water, sunscreen, bug spray, and panniers for carrying any items you purchase.
