I thought it would be a nice gesture to make a visit- especially after Vicki Z mentioned this opening (Vicki just happened to recently meet Igor at Misericordia Hearts and Flour Cafe),

A longtime Andersonville bike mechanic, Igor is opening his own shop in Edgewater this weekend.
Igor Does My Bike, 5454 N. Broadway, will have its grand opening 10 a.m.-4 p.m. Saturday.
There will be coffee and snacks from Ridman’s Coffee, 4758 N. Clark St., in the morning, then pizza and refreshments from Pizza Aroma,later in the afternoon. [Visitors can enter a raffle for a free bike tuneup, plus receive 10 percent off bikes and 15 percent off accessories].
We will make a food stop at Bagel-Miller in Lincoln Square (they actually mill their own flour), followed by a visit to the Bike Shop, and then a ride by the recently Landmarked (pending) Epworth Church (a most unusual stone structure).
Distance around 20 miles RT. Back by 12:30 ish. Temps in the mid 30s during our ride time. Wind from the EAST at 7 mph
