The weather looks to be terribly uncooperative for biking so…. Calling all classic car enthusiasts! Larry Klairmont, a Word War II veteran and self-made billionaire, set out to share his love of cars and the science, engineering art and artistry behind them (think Imperial Reality throughout Chicagoland, and locally Imperial Jaguar in Wilmette)
Located at 3117 North Knox Avenue in Chicago, the Klairmont Kollections Automotive Museum has hundreds of cars. Everything from the Batmobile, President Eisenhower’s car and Michael Jordan’s Bentley to a 2019 Mustang Rousch. Over 300 award-winning and historic vehicles! Let’s meet at 10:15 am at main entrance on Knox. Per website there is free parking. Admittance fee for seniors / 63 yrs old + is $19.75 plus $2 service fee.Please bring a credit card, Please view the links below to gain some history and a better perspective.
