Governor Pritzker just announced that seating is to be closed in all restaurants starting Monday thru the end of the month. Therefore:
The St Pat's Rides scheduled for Saturday, March 21st are cancelled.
For any other rides which include a stop at a restaurant, it is up to the Ride Leader to decide whether they want to make other arrangements or cancel the ride. For example:
- Riders can bring a lunch and rest stop could be in a train station, park warming house (e.g. Northcroft was open today), etc. More outdoor choices will become available as the weather gets nice.
- Riders could pick up carryout lunch along the way at restaurants or food trucks and eat at stops as mentioned above.
- Do the ride without a lunch stop but still do washroom stops.
Ride Leaders can still post rides on the forum following these lunch guidelines.
